Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years PC Technician Level 2 experience

• PC installation and troubleshooting knowledge a must
• Ability to join systems to a domain
• Physically lift and carry 40 pound boxes, up and down stairs
• Ability to multi-task, perform deployment activities on multiple systems at the same time
• Data backup / retrieval experience
• Leadership experience – will need to coordinate site work with minimal supervision
• World-class customer service
